This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working in a service driven organisation where quality, efficiency and flexibility for clients is key. The training will give you the guidance, the computer based systems will lead you through the process, but your personality, experience and enthusiasm will be what makes the difference to the call. We are not your typical ’call centre’! We are an outsourced contact centre working with over 150 different clients from sole traders, right through to international companies and everything in between. Our services vary from basic message taking to fully outsourced customer service functions and also include 24/7 engineer callouts, order processing, diary booking, logging insurance claims, email management and much much more.

To be successful you must have the ability to fit into a team of 20 who are passionate about providing a high quality customer service experience to callers and clients alike. Our team have a great work ethic that demonstrates commitment, self-motivation and reliability. This is a fast paced environment where yourwork will be varied and interesting! No two calls are the same, no two days are the same and the variety of the role is one of the things that staff enjoy about the work.

You must be a quick thinker and learner, along with the ability to understand our client’s products, services and processes. The ability to navigate multiple computer systems is essential as is a high standard of education, written English and numeracy skills.

Experience is not always essential- Graduates welcome!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business that truly values and believes in investing in our people. You will start with a 2 week induction based around some of our more straight forward accounts, then with ongoing training you will progress to our more advanced client accounts. Once at a level where you feel confident in the role you will join our weekend team and out of hours teams and share their variable shift patterns. Progression opportunities are available for those who want to commit to the business in the longer term and we offer a minimum 2 year contract (we hope you will stay longer!) to those who successfully pass the induction period.

Hours are Monday to Friday, variable but with consistent shift patterns between 8am and 9pm (we share out the later and earlier shift patterns amongst the team), plus a Saturday or Sunday on alternate weekends with a day off during the week when working a weekend day.
